This past weekend Chad, Weston, and I took a road trip to NYC (well Jersey City, but close enough) to visit our Charlottesville family! It took a little over 2.5 hours. What an easy ride. Weston slept for about a half hour each trip and then chatted, read books, and watched a few YouTube clips in the car.
We had such a wonderful time catching up with our Charlottesville family. Thank you Jenny and Brett for such an amazing weekend. Jenny is seriously the hostess with the mostess! She thought of everything and really made the weekend so special for everyone.

Here is one of the desserts that she made this weekend. I seriously have been dreaming about these bars since I tried them on Friday night. They are sooooo yummy!
