Mommy School- Cows

Last week we did not go all out with Mommy School. I picked cows for the theme because Chad’s uncle has a baby calf that was just born a few weeks ago. So I thought that would be the perfect little field trip to end our week.

We read all of W’s farm books throughout the week and picked out the cows. We also pretended to be a cow and talked about the sounds they make and what they like to eat. Later in the week we painted a cow with brown and black fingerpaint.  On Friday, we met Honey. She was so adorable. Weston loved Honey and her mama, Clover to pieces.

And here is my phone photo dump. I tried posting it yesterday, but my computer was not cooperating and I did not have the energy to try to make it work. ;)
